We help build a culture of integrity in the workplace by facilitating employees to raise concerns about workplace wrongdoing. Using our secure user-friendly website employees who do not wish to approach management can raise their concerns directly with us. A key feature of our service is that we protect their identity. So they can raise concerns without fear of reprisal, recrimination or 'labeling' by management, colleagues or others. We also provide guidance and support where needed, before during and after the process. We pass the concerns to employers for investigation. We undertake the case management and act as a means of trusted communication with concerned employees.
