• Supervise, direct, and train a staff of Recruitment Consultants, Account Manager, administration and support staff.• Develop and maintain client relationships through business development and account management.• Prepare RFI, RFP or RFQ’s for prospective and existing clients.• Prepare overall office budget for revenue and expenses. Ensure ongoing adherence to office budgets. Controls and monitor all costs and expenses for the Branch.• Approve branch purchases and staff expenses.• Hire and train new staff in recruitment, sales and administration• Understand and enforce the program outlined in the ATS Reliance Health and Safety Manual as well as the Occupational Health and Safety Act Legislation as it applies to all areas of the company operations.• Responsible for the overall health and safety of the employees in their branch and the workers who report to their branch.
