Analyze pre-construction documents uploaded in the Clearwire database system and upload correct documents in the Sprint database system to obtain notice to proceed (NTP) construction documentsFinalize construction process by requesting closeout packages once construction is completeMaintain a daily spreadsheet/tracker containing a list of several hundred Sprint sites which consists of analysis, notes, and data regarding their NTP process and/or construction closeout progress and send out a biweekly reportMaintain a weekly spreadsheet/tracker containing a list of all Chicago sites which counts the number of Clearwire entitlements for all sites and send out a weekly reportInitialize the Clearwire leasing process by requesting Sprint Agreements (SAs) from various vendors by analyzing the site’s final construction drawings and processing a formal email requestAssemble a lease package, provided to Sprint and the vendors, which consists of all approved documents necessary for constructionPrepare, file, and request collocation applications for sites requiring modifications and/or additional entitlementsCreate a site action plan (SAP), based on approved collocation applications and revised construction drawings, and upload to the Sprint database systemAttend monthly meetings discussing the previous month’s achievements as well as the upcoming month’s goals
