Prince2 Project Manager delivering business change. My role at 2e2 included;- SharePoint implementation across multiple jurisdictions (Guernsey, Jersey, Geneva, Mauritius).- Office 2007 rollout across multiple jurisdictions (Guernsey, Jersey, Geneva, Zurich, London, Manchester)- Project Advisor for Microsoft CRM implementation.- eDiscovery consultancy and implementation- Outsource Contract management.

Responsibilities included but were not limited to managing UK and European sales, defining and deploying Business and Marketing strategies for UK and Europe.

Responsible for the design and manufacturing of custom / bespoke embedded solutions along with implementing the business and marketing plans for the UK and European offices.Dealing with key customers within the UK and European market such as Fujitsu, Next, Specsavers, JJB Sports and BAE. Additional responsibilities in the UK included developing new business relationships through marketing activities, once the relationships are formed I then move onto working with the clients to implement the most suitable application for their requirements, this will include Technical and Commercial proposals.Project Managing the design, manufacture and implementation of embedded systems in vertical markets such as Retail, Gaming, Medical and Industrial. Also responsible for the Microsoft Embedded product range for the UK region.

Responsible for managing the Professional Solutions product range (Desktops, Notebooks and Servers). Tasks included communicating with national sales force through product launch presentations, Board meetings to present the month's product range and quarterly company meetings to present product roadmaps.
