My first contacts with Phil were in his previous role as a deputy team manager and prior to that as a senior advisor within functions supporting mortgages. With many rules and restrictions that impacted how his training would usually be done. He embraced changes and technology which moved at a fast pace in order to develop and enhance his learning and development. This ultimately benefitted customers who were also having to adapt to changes quickly at a time they were managing their largest commitment.
