Supported over 300 online users for a midsize wholesaler. Required strict code change procedures with programming staff, as we upgraded to the vendor's latest ERP version in a timely manner. Performed Unix administration including vast improvements of data I/O through disk, memory, and network optimizations. Greatly improved server I/O through disk, memory, and network optimizations. Continued to scale computer hardware with increasing user headcount, thereby maintaining sub-second response time for all users. Implemented VOIP for two remote office locations which reduced telecom costs considerably. Upgraded entire IT software application suite from an unsupported obsolete ERP system to a supported ERP system. This major feat with a small staff took a treemendous effort on many people's part - but made the wholesaler successful. Later, we automated business functions - such as scheduling vendor cost changes, vendor list price changes, price book exports, extended customer specific pricing lookups, strategic hourly pick ticket printing, etc,
