My legal career began with training at the preeminent Corporate Restructuring & Bankruptcy team at Proskauer. Some highlights of my time at Proskauer include:- Advising the Federal Oversight and Management Board of Puerto Rico restructuring debt owed by the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico totaling more than $120 billion. This landmark case stands as the largest municipal bankruptcy in the history of the United States, and I am proud to have contributed to its successful resolution.- As a part of the Puerto Rico project, leading the $4 billion court-supervised restructuring of a Puerto Rico public entity.
