He is currently the Executive Design Director at KTGY, a leading architecture and planning firm that specializes in residential, mixed-use, and retail projects.Phil's unique approach to culturally based design stems from his training in cultural anthropology at Stanford and his extensive work with museums, retailers, and developers. He has worked with some of the premier brands in the world, such as Anthropologie, Coca-Cola, Nike, The North Face, and IKEA, to develop innovative and engaging spaces and experiences. He also runs his own consultancy, SNG Group, where he explores the intersection of design, architecture, art, and culture. In addition, he teaches brand concept and design issues at the University of Cincinnati, where he shares his insights and passion with the next generation of designers.
