Currently I am very grateful to lead the German Tax Desk at EY Singapore for two years in the course of a secondment.I specialized in tax structuring for German and international clients covering the fields of holding structures, intercompany financing, IP, repatriation and M&A. Besides supporting clients, I worked for the National Office Tax at EY attending German tax legislation and jurisprudence to keep my colleagues and clients up to date with relevant German tax developments and took care of the internal tax knowledge management.I base my work on optimism, trust, respect, expertise and the invaluable network of inspiring people that I know from my professional and private life.
