- Developed the IT roadmap for Pharma Technical Operations (manufacturing, supply chain, quality, engineering).- Worked out the foundation to realize one view of the IT portfolio for Technical Operations- Aligned / harmonized the Roadmap with the future ERP roadmap, based on one single ERP system for Roche- Managed the collaboration and preparation for the integration between the global ERP project (one SAP for Roche) and the "world" of the legacy PT manufacturing systems.

Managed the IT components for the Roche Pharma "Serialization / Track & Trace" initiative:- From evaluation, development to rollout into the manufacturing sites, warehouses and distribution centers. Based on SAP Aii / OER and Laetus labeling/aggregation systems- Initiated the switch to SAP-ATTP including evaluation, planning of transitioning and hand-over for final realization and go-live.

• Maintain, develop and implement a standard MES system in the manufacturing sites for drug products across the globe.• Maintain and develop/implement applications required in the global engineering organization and for plant maintenance.• Support all manufacturing/shop floor related IT applications for the drug product manufacturing units in Basel region and California.• Develop and maintain non standard desktop solutions for the drug product units in Basel region.
