- Private island Resort in Abu Dhabi - Nurai Island - in charge of Leisure and corporate segment- VIP delegations and buyout request handling

- Overlooking segments: Leisure,Corporate, Long Stay- Coordination between NSO,GSO and hotel- Opening the Beach Arjaan Residences -326 units- Supervising a team of 8pax

- Pre-Opening Member- Account Management: Corporate, Leisure, Government, Airlines, Long Stay- Attending trade shows in GCC and overseas- Forecasting / Budgeting- Prepare Business Plan- Guiding / Supervising a team of 5 pax.- Reporting to Director of Sales ( HOD)- RFP Coordination

- Account Management MICE:Americas, APAC, CIS, Russia, Central Europe- Corporate account management in Dubai and Abu Dhabi- Establish / maintain key relationships with DMC's, PCO's Event companies- Sales missions / roadshows partnering with Etihad Airways and Abu Dhabi Tourism to promote Abu Dhabi- Prepare action plans for key accounts- Maximizing conversion of business in line with hotel's budget- Work with DOS to develop sales strategies in order to improve the hotel performance- Leading a team of 3 pax

- Business Development for international accounts- Actively involved in the RFP process for major international accounts- Built and maintain strong relationship with international corporations as well as Embassies and Chamber of Commerce- Attending Starwood EXPO's / Soliciting new business leads- Contracting of German / Taiwanese tour operators- Negotiation and preparation of Airline business- Utilizing Starwood resources to win further business ( SPG, SPG Pro)
