I manage the literature projects at Each One Teach One (EOTO) e.V. That includes facilitating (and sometimes hosting) workshops and readings, and managing the in-house library of 7.000 books by African-/diasporic writers. Everyday tasks include grant writing, budget controlling, organising and facilitating various events and workshops, networking with shareholders in the fields of politics and arts&culture, mentoring and counseling of community artisans and artist groups; purchasing new literature, and managing the existing inventory of books using the library software KOHA.

Grant writing, project coordination for EOTO's "Ubuntu!-project", and library tasks at Each One Teach One e.V. EOTO is a community space and archive on Black literature located in Berlin-Wedding.

Organising a conference on education and equality for Sinti and Roma in Germany, "Wann, wenn nicht jetzt? Nachholende Gerechtigkeit für Sinti und Roma im Bildungsbereich". The conference is funded by Stiftung Erinnerung Verantwortung Zukunt (EVZ) and Freudenberg Stiftung. The work includes event planing, inviting speakers from the field of education on NGO and government levels, coordinating guest acommodation, communication with the venue and the funding institutions, and general PR tasks.

Performing sets of poetry on race, colonialism and negotiations of identity. In English and German; mostly solo, sometimes with an acoustic band, DJ, beatboxer, singers, and instrumentalists.Regular gigs consist of a 45 minute set plus Q&A.
