Responsibilities:– develop creative strategy based on deep understanding of business goals, brand philosophy & identity, customer needs– create all type visual content (design, app, print materials, social media, digital ads) based on holistic marketing approach– lead team of 6 employees (food photographer, photographer-retoucher, video-editor, executive producer, copywriter, designer)– plan and coordinate resources (budgets, sprints planning, operations)in addition act as leading DP (defining creative vision, visual story-telling, video content production)

– coordinate in-house full-cycle production– act as leading DP for in-house production– organize for tech support of production cycle (inc booking and choosing gear)– create and lead production team up 5 employees
