- Project management and implementation of environmental networks for industry in Germany, Brazil, South Africa and Mexico:Development of Arqum’s international business with a focus on emerging regions in developing and transforming countries. As Project Manager for International Projects, I'm responsible for Arqum’s operations in Brazil, South Africa and Mexico including supporting public and private clients on the field of environmental and climate protection, resource and energy efficiency. These networks serve as platform for the transfer of green know-how and technology from Germany to developing and transforming countries. Main target of these networks is to increase the participating companies’ efficiency on the basis of a qualified technical consultancy and a moderated workshop programme.- Support of private (industry) and public clients (e.g. european institututions) at the implementation and maintenance of energy management systems (ISO 50001) and environmental management systems (ISO 14001/EMAS); - Implementation of resource and energy efficiency assessments; - Legal compliance and internal audits; - Project acquisition and networking;- Developement of working materials (i.e. tools, templates, information booklets).
