Responsible for leading financial strategy and driving business growth at General Assembly, a pioneer in digital education and workforce transformation, and the world’s largest coding bootcamp.

Represented the Adecco Group’s 43% shareholding interest alongside majority holding private equity firm GTCR LLC until the 100% sale of Beeline to New Mountain Capital LLC in 2018.

Led evaluation, diligence, and execution of acquisitions, divestments, and corporate venture capital investments. Successfully closed four strategic acquisitions: Knightsbridge Human Capital Solutions (CAD80M), Penna Consulting plc (£105M), Hired ($100M), and General Assembly ($400M). Led the structured divestments of Beeline and country operations in Russia and Ukraine. Managed 10+ add-on acquisitions along with 5 venture capital investments in HR Tech start-ups, contributing to the growth and diversification of the Adecco Group's solutions portfolio.Established Value Realization Office (VRO) that defines and owns the methodology for investment appraisals and partners with Business, Technology and Finance organizations to support capital deployment & investment decision making across all digital tranformation initiatives of the Group.

Advised clients on 30+ successful closed deals, encompassing diverse transactions such as sell-side and buy-side M&As, public tender offers, leveraged buyouts, IPOs and debt/equity financings. Driving business development and delivering compelling client pitches to win new mandates. Cross-selling multi-product solutions structuring, spanning credit ratings advisory, trade finance solutions, loan syndicate, and equity/FX derivatives.
