Successfully developed and implemented product leadership and market reach strategies in alignment with company long term strategy to double sales and market share in 3 years and to become fastest growing Sales Division in North America since 2006. Strong focus on key account and strategic distribution partner relationship building. Developed high-level relationships to owners and executives of key customers. Experienced in channel optimization and branch operations.

Full P/L responsibility for $100M plus and 250 employee verically integrated organization including Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR and Supply Chain. Responsible for developing and implementing strategies for profitable, sustainable growth. Also responsible for development, implementation and steering of strategic key initiatives such as segment, trade and channel strategies, tool fleet management, CRM, Hilti Online and implementation of a strategic marketing. Led major change management initiatives with implementation of SAP and Global Process Organization to transform company from transactional to process orientation resulting in substantial productivity gains and improved customer satisfaction. Extensive experience in change and turn around management.

Full P/L responsibility for the assigned sales region with approx. 200 employees and an annual sales target of US$ 90M. Successfully developed and implemented strategic corporate initiatives such as specific trade, segment and channel strategies. Developed and maintained high-level relationships to influencers and decision makers of key customers.
