This program has provided me with exceptional international insights through strategic sales projects across four key European markets. By working on-site with different departments and country organizations, I have gained a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and built an extensive international network.

The goal of the 18-month trainee program was to set up the local Demand & Supply Planning processes at the subsidiary hansgrohe USA in Atlanta.

Development of local supply planning processes responsible for the following activities- Determination of capacity offers for machines and labor- Development of standardized capacity reports for the Atlanta production site- Establishment of monthly meeting structures for early detection of bottlenecks in machines and labor

Development of local demand planning processes responsible for the following activities- Establish statistical forecasting of the products of the US market in the horizon up to 24 months- Set up monthly S&OP meeting structures at the Atlanta plant- Implementation of the new product process using and assignment of responsibilities

I have actively worked in the dispatching department and was able to gain valuable experience in international logistics. Among other things, I was responsible for the support of major international customers with regard to the transport handling of liquid hazardous goods as well as for swiss imports from the regions Cologne and Hamburg.

Team member in the Data Delivery Team. Tasks included:- Assistance with analytical audit activities in various audit areas- Providing functional and technical support to clients regarding data extraction from ERP systems. - Preparation of audit analytics solutions with client data, including data validation, quality assurance,​ and documentation

During the semester vacations,​ I helped out in the warehouse and at the cash desk.

The main content of my internship was the support of nursing actions for medical and surgical emergency patients as well as the participation in internal transport services. In addition, I shared responsibility for ordering and managing nursing supplies.

The structure of the internship was based on the value stream. This allowed me to gain insights into various departments such as purchasing, production, product management, controlling,​ and marketing.
