I am supporting my clients in safely manoeuvring the legal regulatory challenges in their industry. Philipp is a Partner with PwC Zurich and a member of its Legal FS Regulatory & Compliance Services practice. In his position as Head Regulatory Implementation, Philipp focuses on managing large scale legal regulatory projects. As a legal expert in the financial services industry, he is supporting clients like Banks, Asset Manager, Traders or Insurance Companies in order to comply with Swiss and EU financial regulations. Besides that, Philipp is a permanent lecturer at the University of Liechtenstein. Before joining PwC Philipp worked with the Financial Market Authority in the Supervision Section where he was primarily responsible for organizing and executing AML/KYC audits at financial intermediaries. Prior to this Philipp was legal associate at two leading business law firms. Philipp has also for several years worked as a Consultant at a management consultancy where he was as project manager responsible for the administration and coordination of various projects with particular focus on IT implementation.He received a Master degree in Law and a Master degree in Business Administration from Johannes Kepler University (Linz, Austria). Moreover, he is a certified Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) and holder of the CFA Investment Foundations certificate. Besides that, Philipp has obtained various certificates at universities like IMD, MIT and Harvard. He authored numerous publications and articles in scientific journals.
