I have successfully implemented a growth strategy for the company and developed new global partnerships. The goal was to be able to offer the same quality of service to customers in the core DACH market with the same SLAs worldwide. Over the past two years, I have acquired a total of more than 100 partners in various business areas and managed the collaboration up to go-to-market and designed a controlling system for SLAs and service quality.I am currently managing international digitization projects in the field of mobile communications and Device-as-a-Service products for German business customers. Building strong partnerships with mobile network providers or distributors, developing processes for the implementation of projects, calculating service prices for our customers are all part of my daily work. I attach particular importance to the team concept in my daily work: everyone within the value chain is fundamentally important in order to be able to offer the customer a perfect and well thought-out product.
