This started as an internship with an insurance company; I quickly learned the importance of client relationship management. This role highlighted my personable nature, ability to listen and understand alternative perspectives and negotiation skills that are essential for working with new people.I then progressed to be involved mainly in sales and business development which improved my selling and negotiation skills greatly. I was later assigned to the Saxony area.

As assistant to the Managing Director of a building construction company, dealing with wholesalers, trade customers. The role rapidly developed my business skills including research, logistics, technology awareness, finance, time management and relationship building. My enthusiasm and initiative resulted in increased responsibility for managing client projects beginning to end.
