As a Wellbeing and Mental Health Educator at Ripple Effect Wellbeing, I help businesses and communities cultivate better wellbeing through education and coaching. I have delivered multiple workshops and programs on topics such as resilience, mindfulness, self-care, and stress management, reaching hundreds of participants and receiving positive feedback and testimonials.I am also a Principal Master Instructor and a Mental Health First Aid Instructor at Ripple Effect Mental Health Education, where I train and mentor other instructors and facilitate courses on mental health awareness, prevention, and intervention. I have a degree in Science of Wellbeing from Yale University and a degree in Positive Psychology from University of Pennsylvania, which equip me with the knowledge and skills to apply the latest research and evidence-based practices to my work. My core competencies include office administration, communication, and confidentiality. My goal is to empower people to improve their mental health and wellbeing, and to create a ripple effect of positive change in the world.
