I work well under pressure: working with the media I am used to working to tight deadlines and reacting quickly to change. I hold accredited practitioner status with the CIPR (Chartered Institute of Public Relations); my specialism lies in stakeholder mapping, messaging and positioning. I’m experienced in identifying audiences and setting strategies to involve, inform and engage and am skilled in knowing who to talk to, but also in creating the message format, tone, context and timing. Customer engagement is a key aspect of my current role and something I am very passionate about.
