This role required me to deliver a COVID-19 digital consumer channel (My Covid Record) to support New Zealander's requirements mandated by the COVID-19 Public Health Response Order 2021.I was responsible for identifying, documenting and supporting the implementation of functional requirements. I worked extensively with business, clinical and technical stakeholders and advised on prioritisation of functionality to ensure we managed features through to production in line with changes to the Order.I was the lead BA across the delivery of the My Covid Record web application, and was responsible for delivering the functionality to enter Rapid Antigen Tests (RATs) via My Covid Record and request Face Mask Exemption Passes.I worked closely with other delivery teams to enhance the end to end COVID-19 Consumer experience, and helped to ensure that the assisted channel could utilise the same APIs as My Covid Record, to enable equitable access to those who cannot (or do not want to) use the digital channel. I also provided support for the Digital Consumer Services Team.

I initially joined the Join ANZ via goMoney initiative, as a Lead Business Analyst. My main responsibility was to gather and document requirements for the ANZ goMoney app squad, and provide support across the service squads. Within months I moved in to the role of Product Owner for three squads (teams) whilst continuing to support a number of the squads as a business analyst. This role required helping to develop the incremental release of the Join ANZ via goMoney solution, and defining the scope for each of my squads (two back end service/ integration squads and one staff facing user interface squad), whilst working closely with the goMoney Product Owner and squad to help manage the dependencies required to support the delivery of each increment. I worked closely with the lead engineer, senior developers and UI designers across the services and goMoney squads to help design the API structure and state transitions between a number of internal services as well as the third party service - providing sequence diagrams, state diagrams, process maps and wiremocks to support all four squads understanding of the scope and dependencies. I also worked closely with the business change team to document and provide training and support material to manage this new initiative and onboarding of Customers.

This role required me to work with the business stakeholders, and the wider Service Transformation team, to deliver services to the public, empowering the functions of MBIE’s core business through effective use of technology and the implementation of services and systems. I worked on a number of projects and was responsible for the documentation, and development support, of functional requirements, project briefs, business cases and gap analysis. I worked with 3rd party User Experience (UX), design and development teams to support a consistent digital experience that is in keeping with other MBIE sites.

OnlineStore, Digital Sales and Web This role required documenting and implementing functional requirements to support and enhance the end to end online sales process and drive sales. I worked with the wider ANZ Digital teams and 3rd party User Experience (UX) and Design teams to support a consistent digital experience across the numerous ANZ domains (including anz.co.nz, Internet Banking (IB), goMoney and anz.co.nz sub domains). I worked as part of the 3rd party sprint development team, prioritising and clarifying requirements, as well as managing day to day blockers. I supported the business verification testing (BVT), ensuring the business requirements were met. HCD, Digital Sales and WebThis role required gathering and documenting business requirements for an integrated solution to allow internal and external Users to obtain an instant credit decision. As well as working as part of a 3rd party development team to clarify requirements and remove blockers, I worked closely with an internal development team, understanding the integration layer of the solution that was being developed - identifying and helping to resolve any gaps that existed between the integration layer and the User Interface (UI).RapidThis role required managing small changes over a number of ANZ website sub domains. I managed and prioritised backlog items and worked with a 3rd party design company to ensure the design met business requirements and Product Owners' expectations.New Zealand Simplification ProgrammeThis role required gathering and documenting business requirements to ensure the ANZ New Zealand website content supported the New Zealand Simplification Programme’s strategy to simplify the business and retain the strong customer focus that the National Bank had.

WCM PortalThis role required gathering the requirements to implement a new Web Content Management Portal. I worked closely with the development team as well as the 3rd party suppliers and the test team to help ensure business requirements were delivered in line with the business requirements without significant additional cost to the programme.

Strategic Billing ProgrammeThis role required managing a team of six senior business analysts in the requirement gathering phase of a new Strategic Billing platform for UK global transaction products.

CMS Thin Client PortalThis role required documenting requirements via use cases, to develop a Portal to replace an existing thick client product. I adopted the role of lead analyst to the Project. I worked closely with the technical team as well as our 3rd party supplier, and supported them through the build and test phases of the Project. I was key in redesigning the audit search functionality to meet business requirements with minimal impact to the plan, and redesigning the client access functionality to allow reuse of portlets, reducing development required and enhancing the user experience.The Shipping SystemThis role required me to undertake a gap analysis to prove the feasibility of a shipping system and support the business through UAT. I identified and recommended alternate solutions to deliver a System that was fit for purpose, by gaining the trust of the 3rd party partners, resulting in successful UAT testing and implementation of the System.GTS UK BillingThis role required me to undertake a six week ‘as is’ analysis of the billing processes across the domestic cash management products within GTS to identify the key areas of lost income, and presented the findings to the senior management to prove there was a case to build a new strategic billing platform.GTMS Project ChrysalisThis role required me to undertake an end to end ‘as-is’ review of the business processes, identifying areas of risk using a Lean Six Sigma approach and embedding change within the business to eliminate and reduce the risk and increase efficiencies. Securitisation Business Operating ModelThis role required me to work with the business to develop a business operating model for securitisation.

This role required monthly and quarterly analysis of the Investment Portfolio and Business As Usual performance, against budget and forecast. I consolidated and verified the quarterly forecasts for Programmes within the Investment Portfolio, reviewed and verified monthly performance outputs from Group Technology and UKCB Finance and tracked and analysed against headcount budget, highlighting risks. The role also required preparing financial and headcount presentations for UKCB and Group-wide forums. I managed the implementation of the internal Resourcing System, including training and writing of the internal user guide

Raft International plc was a leading provider of risk management solutions for the Financial Services and Energy sectors. Raft International plc was acquired by Financial Objects in March 2006.A new role was created to utilise my knowledge of the business and required me to support the growing number of global IT projects managed by the London office. My role included project time and cost tracking, margin and profitability tracking and providing delivery data to the finance department for periodic reporting. I also supported system testing for the work flow of Raft Radar against clients’ functional specifications and test scripts, and documented and reported defects.

This role required promoting Raft International's products and services. I maintained the corporate event calendar, including hospitality, trade and industry events, negotiated and co-ordinated corporate hospitality events and monitored the overall marketing spend in line with approved annual budget. I was also responsible for managing the production and review of corporate brochures.

This role required supporting the Sales team by tracking sales progress and facilitating effective communication. I maintained and updated the ACT! 2000 sales and marketing database and generated sales pipeline reports. I also assisted with corporate and market events and prepared product collateral.
