I work with clients across consumer goods, apparel, and agricultural industries to design and activate impactful strategies that benefit people, planet, and communities.As the Chief Strategist at Marshall Sustainability, I provide board-level advice on sustainability strategy and communications, conducting external audits, stakeholder engagement, materiality assessment, and KPI development. As the Sustainability Lead at Barkley, I lead the Sustainability & Purpose Practice, which creates and communicates brand impact strategies from GHG footprints and purpose positioning to sustainability reporting and consumer engagement. I am also a guest lecturer and marker at the University of Cambridge, where I share my insights and knowledge on sustainability leadership and business sustainability management.I have co-authored a book, ‘The Purpose Advantage 2.0 – How to Unlock New Ways of Doing Business’, featuring interviews with CMOs and CEOs from leading purpose-driven brands. I have also published several reports and articles on consumer trends, ESG, and whole brands.
