Designing, implementing and maintaining the award-winning learning and communication service for adults with learning and/or physical disabilities.Achievements included:• Provided individualised, accredited small-chunk learning for over 900 Surrey adults with disabilities• Met all European Social Fund funding targets in its first 30 months, resulting additional £70K for the Council • Budget management (£240k ESF budget for initial 2.5 years of project) and admin associated with the service• Successfully facilitated the introduction of company-wide structured learning and session planning for adults with disabilities by day service staff • Successful piloted and evaluated new projects (e.g. lunch/travel buddies, travel training)• Managed content for two accessible websites (www.easyinfoforus.org.uk www.travelsurrey.org)• Maintained awarding-body approved quality standards for learning and achievement processes• Built excellent relationships with many of the learners and staff, enthusing them positively to continue learning through AboutUs
