Learning Project Officer
CurrentDesign, implementation, administration and moderation of learning and communication services for adults with learning and/or physical disabilities.Responsibilities include:• Managing all aspects of the learning service - to work with Surrey Choices staff and customers/learners to provide a personalised, tailored and accessible learning programme and materials.• Ensuring national awarding body standards are maintained across the company• Designing, accrediting and moderating learners’ work (Entry and Level 1) to national standards• Providing staff with support and training to understand learning styles and to create learning plans• Provide effective assessment of customers’ learning and communication abilities and needs - to inform creation of personalised support materials/aids.• Maintenance of training directory of Surrey training providers • Co-ordinating customer learning events across Surrey, internally and linking with external partners (e.g. RHS Garden Wisley, Surrey Outdoor Learning & Development, Field Studies Council)• Admin and finance processes for service
