Responsible for delivering sustainability across City and Southwest Sydney Metro line which includes 7 new underground stations, 13 station upgrades, twin railway-tunnels and trackworks. The CSW project is being verified through the Infrastructure Sustainability Council (ISC) and Green Building Council of Australia (GBCA) sustainability rating systems, alongside the Transport for New South Wales Sustainable Design Guidelines. Tasks include:- Managing and tracking contractor performance across numerous contract packages- Climate change governance improvements including transition risk identification - Chairing contractor working groups to facilitate knowledge sharing and problem solving- Supporting ratings performance through submission of technical questions and clarifications (Seven city stations have achieved 6 Stars Green Star at Design Review)- Creating a good practice guide to sustainable procurement / modern slavery checks- Improving data management and analysis processes - Capacity and awareness building within the sustainability and broader team- Preparation of Annual Sustainability Report

Screening, scoping and quality assurance of Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA), sustainability appraisals and Strategic Environmental Assessments (SEA).
