Within my current role, I am a customer-focused ambassador of the company putting the customer at the forefront of everything I do, I am passionate about the experience I can deliver whilst dealing with queries and concerns and the satisfaction I can bring to our customer base on a daily basis. My current roles takes many forms with my main roles being coaching my peers on a one to one basis and leading the team in the branch managers absence. Handling all elements of our customer's account details, from opening accounts or managing loans and card issues or openings to the more challenging situations with our more vulnerable clients such as the power of attorney accounts or bereavements. With the world of internet banking constantly changing one of the biggest roles I play is fraud prevention and protecting our customer's assets and savings, communication in this role is key, being clear and understanding the customer's needs and concerns and being able to spot signs of vulnerability. In situations like these the ability to think on your feet and problem-solving can mean the difference between customers losing money or protecting it from cybercrime. I have always been focused and dedicated to giving customers the best possible experience leaving them positive and satisfied.I am an enthusiastic and dedicated member of the HSBC team with ten years worth of retail branch experience. Within my role, I promote excellent customer service and putthe customers at the heart of everything I do. I have fantastic team management and coaching skills and educate peers whilst exceeding my own expectations. I am a highly motivated team leader boosting morale through my own can-do positive attitude relishing in the sense of achievement and always striving for excellence. I’m an approachable and friendly person who maintains professionalism within every area of my job.
