To co-ordinate and manage with the Senior Convenience Specialist the successful implementation of new product development, Shop refits, layout changes and Space and Floor planning within the COCO network of 160+ stores in the Republic Of Ireland. To deliver the project costs in line with the budget and timelines agreed with a relentless focus on cost Management. To develop and maintain strategic project plans to meet the business requirements and regularly update the Marketing and Category Management Director. Facilitate speedy decision making with the relevant business areas to resolve issues affecting retail and challenges as they arise with a solution focused attitude. Maintain a high level of contact with the stores throughout any changes to ensure implementation and merchandising requirements are met. Implement brand and company business plans as required.

Field Based

To co-ordinate and manage the successful implementation and delivery of the new store concept Re. Store in 105 out of 160 company owned stores in the Republic Of Ireland. Heavily involved in the opening of new stores working closely with colleagues across all functions in the business such as New Business Development, Marketing/Category Management, IT and Retail. Responsibilities included Project Management, Communications, Leadership and People Management and Health and Safety.

Dublin North & West Of Ireland

To have the responsibility for working proactively with the Retail Operations team to ensure risk is minimised and stock loss is reduced across the COCO business . To focus on developing and implementing strategies that will result in the achievement of the KPI's set and agreed. KPIs included shop shrinkage % , food shrinkage %, cash loss % amd Wet Stock loss % in agreed geographic areas. To be responsible for monitoring best practice loss prevention compliance through many reporting structures such as ; Monthly Compliance audits in your geographic area, providing regular feedback and proposals to the relevant functions/ management team to ensure continuous examination of processes/systems to enable the on-going enhancement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the loss prevention team, Serious incidents investigations, Wet stock Control and Administration and Reporting.

Responsible for managing, planning, organising, and maintaining of budgets and costs of €200k to ensure the re fit of new shop equipment and revised store layouts in all stores were completed on time, within budget with least amount of disruption caused to the stores
