Responsible for engineering delivery, daily support to the build line in Melbourne and for completing analysis of the non-conformance metrics to identify repeat failures and initiate and manage a bi-company robust Root Cause Corrective Action investigation to meet increasing cost and quality demands from the customer.

Designed, authorised and implemented new process to monitor all assembly non-conformances. Chosen to represent the Training School on the FLAVIIR UAV project to correspond with project leaders and universities and coordinate and led apprentices in completing the manufacture of certain parts of the Demon UAV and complete the assembly of the aircraft at the Training School with its Record Breaking first flight in October 2010.
