Having worked in the financial services sector for the last 4 years, looking particularly at process improvement, I am an efficient individual in encouraging change in an organisation as an accredited Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. With highly proficient skills in process mapping, I am able to identify and work with stakeholders to eliminate waste. I can measure and produce both benefits cases, KPI’s and track benefits to realisation in a robust and clear manner. I have strong experience in stakeholder management at various levels in an organisation as well as highly effective communication skills. I recently represented VWFS UK for a fact finding trip to Germany in regards to process mapping conventions and architecture alignment. In addition to the above, I have recently worked with the organisation to embed and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) along with completing my practitioners’ course and earning a license for the Thoughtonomy software to create automation for the business.
