I specialise in securitisations and structured products. During the financial crisis, my team was involved in restructuring a significant number of complex and extremely high value structured transactions. Afterwards, we invested our experience expertise in developing strong and resilient post-crisis structures, notably in CLOs. Another area of focus for some years has been risk transfer in the insurance, reinsurance and pensions markets, particularly risks associated with longevity which present a challenge to societies across the globe. I am also involved in Walkers' Private Capital & Trusts group, which has four dedicated Cayman-based partners. I have been involved in the formation and development of that group and work closely with the team, assisting on financing transactions involving private capital and the establishment of structures for UHNW individuals and families.

I worked on a broad range of finance and corporate matters, with an emphasis on securitisation/structured finance and secured lending. I have worked on CLOs, CDOs, CLNs and repackagings and assisted a number of banks to set up their hedge fund financing platforms.

I worked in the International Finance Group of Sidley's London office and specialised in securitisation, structured finance and cross-border secured lending work, advising the full cast of particpants in such transactions.
