Directly reported to site Plant Manager, providing strategic advisement with sole accountability for managing and executing all human resource functions and site-wide initiatives for a paint manufacturing and distribution facility, with 100+ employees and managers.

Worked directly with 12-15 District Managers, Plant operations and Administrative offices to source and screen candidates for placement opportunities for the nine state eastern region.

Provided day-to-day HR support working closely with 5 district managers regarding hiring decisions and procedures relative discipline, terminations and various state and federal regulations. Responsible for all recruiting, interviewing, selection and new hire orientation of employees to fill vacant positions for 128 stores for the Baltimore / Eastern Shore.

Supported an employee workforce of over 300 employees at the corporate office and local plant. Primarily responsible for recruiting, employee relations, development and activities.
