Initially recruited to Com Tech, prior to its acquisition by Dimension Data, as an IT consultant, I was responsible for the design and implementation of complex, transformational digital projects for enterprise, government & public sector clients. I was later promoted to Enterprise Architect with a mandate to radically modernise Dimension Data’s own IT environment. Working directly with the CIO, TD and business unit leads for Australia’s largest IT integrator, my aim was to create a ground-breaking technology environment that would showcase products and establish Dimension Data as a true leader in the industry. ● Collaborated with national business heads, incorporating needs to create an industry-leading environment that showcased technology and established Dimension’s brand in the Australian market;● Drove innovation in the Australian market, introducing numerous first-to-market innovations including Windows XP, WinPE, Windows Server 2000/2003, Windows Live Communications Server and new security developments; ● Led Australia’s (then) largest virtualisation project, consolidating a 36-rack environment into 8-racks built on VMWare.

● I started at McDonald's as a crew member while at school. I worked my way up through the management chain starting with my first position in management in year 12 at school.● In 1997, at age 20, I was promoted to Store Manager and was responsible for day-to-day operations of the restaurant. Included a team of 6-8 managers and 120+ staff. ● The restaurant had an annual turnover of $3M AUD.● Worked closely with the Executive team to launch a 2nd McDonalds store.
