A highlight of my public service is leading the HWBP Project Hansweert, a critical flood protection initiative that received unanimous support under my guidance. This milestone reflects my commitment to promoting innovative approaches in project management and financing for large-scale infrastructure.Military Career: Strategic Leadership and ResilienceOver 26 years, my military career has been integral to my development. As an Oberstleutnant d.R. (Lieutenant Colonel, Reserve) and Deputy Battalion Commander of a Bundeswehr reconnaissance unit, I’ve refined leadership, decision-making, and resilience.My roles as a mountain infantry officer, military intelligence officer, platoon commander, and company commander, alongside a deployment in the ISAF mission, taught me to lead with humility and adapt under pressure.
