The role as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE) Senior/Lead Functional Consultant, involves the full project delivery life cycle from initial requirements gathering, to system design, implementation, training and post go-live support. Having managed over 80 MS CRM related projects to date across a wide range of industries, my experience with the solution since 2007 has involved delivering projects for both on premise and online platforms through every iteration since version 3.0.In addition to being a Microsoft Certified Professional, I am also ClickDimensions Certified and have extensive knowledge in deploying reporting and 3rd party solutions for MSD 365, as well as with having a strong knowledge on Power Automate for creating system automations.

The role involves being responsible for the design of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 forms and system workflows, setting up and managing CRM administrative user functions, IST documentation and also supervising UAT sessions and providing user support and bug fixing.Contracted for five months (extended by an additional 7 months), the project delivery is managed by following a SCRUM methodology aimed at completing development results at prearranged Sprints. Meeting such sprint deadlines has been achievable by understanding the business requirements and to work closely with fellow Business/Test Analysts, internal stakeholders and external software consultants to construct the systems business process solutions.

The main role of the Solutions Analyst involved being responsible for managing the user and system administration along with the development of the organisation’s core customer relationship management (CRM) system and related applications (Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 / 4.0). The role required the Solutions Analyst to manage delivery of a complete developmental life cycle, starting from sourcing requirements to undertaking impact assessments, before moving towards initial conceptual design and presentation of possible solutions. Once the project is agreed, the Solution Analyst would then be responsible for managing the documentation and build phase of the project, to providing training and support prior and after the deployment of any new major system changes.
