My experience offers a unique knowledge to support Insurance companies along the path of telematics-based programs development, and beyond, implementation of a mobility strategy:- Horizontal skills: strategy definition, due diligence of potential partners/acquisitions, partnership set-up, product design, business casing/planning, business process reengineering, PMO/project management, business analysis, functional architecture, techno choice, etc.),- Vertical skills: Telematics for insurance & mobility business, Core insurance IT, Customer-driven governance in consumer finance environment.
