Sphere Harmony provides the first well-being wooden sphere in Belgium. This unique concept allows people to relax by seating into an armchair and follow a wellness video session.The mission consistent by developing the whole IT system to provide smooth user experience: selection of the session type, payment process and home automation (to open the sphere and start video session).My role is to write all Functional Requirements, provide Technical Specifications to developers, test the entire system and implement the solution on site.

I created from A-Z the entire brand: getting in touch with chocolatiers, creating all web services (Wordpress & Prestashop), creating and managing brand image (packaging, design,...etc...) and taking care of delivering.

For 3 years, I have been working in the KONE Technology and Innovation department under the R&D Solution and Service team.As Chief Design Engineer, I was responsible to design the entire Functional Specification of the new KONE Residential Solution (integrated intercom and access management system with KONE Elevators). This Global solution includes one mobile app (for both Android and iOS) and two web tools running on IBM Bluemix environment. The solution is integrated with third party cloud system.My role was to closely work with the business and our customer to gather their needs; write detailed Functional Requirements; Define User Interface; make best user process flow and user experience; review solution with Marketing; plan the development in sprints using Agile Methodology; work with software developers; test the solution (script and scenario) and follow the implementation in production.

- Re-platform the mobile app used by Maintenance Technician from Windows Mobile to Android- Conduct full process analysis to optimize our custom made Android solution and reduce efforts for our technician to, for example, backreport maintenance jobs (less clicks)- Implement several enhancement for field technician: timesheet process, customer tender, planning optimization using geo-localisation and job priorities.- Managed 3rd party Supplier RFQ to move our custom made platform to "off the shelf" software

- Head of the Call Center / Field Mobility Functional team- Team responsible: - to continue the roll-out of the solution in all KONE frontlines - centralize local IT solution to central data center - run business gap analysis and implement business requirement in the Global Solution

- Head of a major KONE IT project of 5000K€ project to re-develop the whole Call Center and Field Technician mobile solution on Java platform with 3rd party software supplier- Ensuring all business requirements, from USA to Asia, were properly documented and applied Scrum methodology to follow software development process (with 5 teams of 6 developers)

- Leading a Business Process gap analysis to replace existing Remedy product with SAP- Leading the development of a global Field Mobility solution for Maintenance Technician (running on Windows Mobile)

- Implementation of KONE Call Center software in major business units (France, UK, USA, Hong-Kong, Australia)- Coordinate Call Center software development- Implementation and development of first Field Technician mobile solution (using SMS)

- Enhance KONE Call Center application (remedy)- Analyse business requirements for belgian and swedish call center
