I am a veterinarian with over 20 years of experience in Animal Health, and a solid understanding of the drug development process, as well as the functions and processes relevant to drug development and project management principles applicable to the veterinary pharmaceutical industry. I held several positions of increasing responsibility in Clinical Research and Research Project Management.Managing large field effectiveness and safety studies and leading complex global project teams for the development and licensing of pharmaceutical animal products in the United States, Europe and Brazil have given me the opportunity to develop and demonstrate strong clinical, project management, and leadership skills. My success always relied on my sound work ethic, and commitment to follow and help develop new strategies and plans. With a spirit of initiative, a strong will to discover and learn about new professional areas, I have always been able to achieve my objectives and build new opportunities for myself and people around me. As a leader I cherish working with dedicated individuals who value, as I do, taking a hands-on approach to success of the company. I believe in empowering individuals, fostering their development in becoming leaders themselves.Over the past 6 years, I had the honor to join Animal Clinical Investigation, a CRO dedicated to animal health. The success and growth of ACI culminated in September 2023 to a change in brand identity, and its expansion to South America.
