- Participate to project planning for implementation of Informatica tools for Data Governance (Axon, Entreprise Data Catalog) and Data Lake Management, including definition of the Statement of Work for Informatica Professional Services, to provide asset information, metadata, data lineage and data quality information to CN end users.- Work on implementation of Informatica Reference Data Management (RDM) tool to manage CN reference data to be used in Master Data Management (MDM) project.- Maintain and improve CN Glossary implemented in IBM Information Governance (IGC) application.

- Supervise a team of 2-6 permanent and consultants responsible for tracking stability and performance issues of the SAP BusinessObjects platform (3,5K users, 50K documents, 350 universes), setting up archiving and backup processes, planning BusinessObjects upgrades, etc.- Develop and ensure conformity of SAP Design Studio development standards and best practices.- Improve usage and compliance indicators for the BusinessObjects platform.- Prepare and supervise various implementation projects (360plus/360view/360bind add-ons) and upgrade projects (BusinessObjects BI 4.2, IBM Information Catalogue (Business Glossary / Glossary Anywhere), Tableau Server, Design Studio, 360eyes, etc.).- Follow the evolution of BusinessObjects tools (Design Studio, Lumira, etc.) and organize their deployment to end users, including change management.

In charge of special BI projects:- BusinessObjects XI 3.1 to BusinessObjects 4.1 migration project (June 2015-June 2016): conceive, organize and supervise the migration from BusinessObjects 3.1 to BusinessObjects 4.1 (2K users, 18K reports) and deployment of SAP Design Studio 1.5, including validating technical specifications, supervising development and testing phases, organizing deployment, validating documentation - including new standards and best practices for dashboards - in conjunction with SAP BW team - and user training content.- SAP Business Planning & Consolidation (SAP BPC) implementation project (Jan 2014-Oct 2014): conceive, prepare and supervise the deployment of SAP BPC as part of a project for worked hours planning for the IT department.- BusinessObjects 4.1 implementation project (Dec 2013-July 2014): conceive, organize and supervise the implementation of the BI 4.1 infrastructure; validate the new mobile capabilities with the SAP BI mobile app for iOS.- Other upgrade projects : ERwin Data Modeler, Tableau Server, 360eyes: prepare and supervise version upgrades and/or hardware migrations.- Also:-- Organize proofs of concept to evaluate Location Intelligence applications compatible with SAP BusinessObjects platform.-- Assess new data visualization applications for potential deployment among CN users.

- Supervise a team of 8-12 permanents and consultants responsible for user support, improving BO universes and corporate reports, and manage CN's business intelligence portal (DataCity).- Conceive, prepare and supervise the migration from BusinessObjects Deski 6.5 to BusinessObjects 3.1 (1 000 users, 12 000 reports in 12 months), including development and testing, pilot and deployment phases, and change management.- Clarify and improve various processes: change requests management, BO universe design standards, promotion of reports and universes, sharing responsibilities with Tech support, etc.- Initiate prototypes and implement innovative solutions: connectivity between SAP BW and BusinessObjects 3.1 / 4.1; impact analysis (360eyes) module for BusinessObjects 3.1 / 4.1; geo-charting capabilities for BusinessObjects- Design, organize and supervise Business Glossary/Metadata management initiative (Sept 2012 – Nov 2013):-- Implement, integrate and maintain a bilingual business glossary available to all CN employees (12,000 workstations) of 50,000 English terms, with their French translations, using IBM InfoSphere Business Glossary.-- Establish contact with owners of existing dictionaries, glossaries, terminology lists, etc. already existing at CN and coordinate their merging in the new CN glossary.-- Help to identify additional sources of content (pictures, links to external sources, etc.) and their owners, and coordinate their integration in the CN glossary.

The goal of the Supplier Portal project was to build a web application to allow CN suppliers to submit their own invoices and follow their processing until payment. During this project, I work closely with business experts, architects and other analysts to:- Understand and design processes for manual entry and CSV import of supplier invoices- Design all screen layouts and navigation flow for invoice creation (manual and import), including validation rules with feedback messages to allow end users to troubleshoot issues with their submitted invoices.- Develop the invoice printing functionality, using Adobe Acrobat Pro- Produce technical and end user documentation, participate to training and change management activities for end users and technical support teamNote: for my contribution to this project, I received a 2010 CN President's Award.

- Design and develop SAP BW cubes and reports with Bex tools for various departments: Human Resources, Engineering, Mechanical, Accounting - Asset Management, etc.- Collaborate in setting up naming and translation rules for all BW objects: measures, dimensions, variables, cubes, reports, etc.

- Collaborate to standardize SAP BW data architecture and processes.- Analyze change requests submitted by business units and develop SAP BW cubes and reports with Bex tool.- Configure BW module (data sources, update and transfer rules, SAP R/3 extractions).- Perform tests in the development environment and contribute to integration testing in the QA environment.- Provide BW training to end users.- Contribute to performance system monitoring for SAP R/3 and BW production environments.

- Supervise SAP BW projects at Group level: validate functional and technical specifications, supervise development and testing, organize pilot and deployment phases, review change management process.- Define and enforce standards (global architecture, user interface, usability, naming rules, etc.) for all SAP BW applications in Valeo Group.- Create and update SAP BW web templates to standardize applications.- Contribute to ETL/Data Consolidation workgroup (~ 130 sources, including 63 SAP R/3 servers), and Metadata Management workgroup.- Manage and supervise improvement of VTES and QIM applications (see below) of the Quality Department.

- Manage and improve Quality Incident Management (QIM) application for quality incident tracking and Valeo Transversal Expertise Sharing (VTES) for the capitalization of expertise from quality incidents.- Improve consolidation process for the weekly and monthly Quality indicators and for the tracking of action plans in Quality network.- Prepare and organize Group Quality Meetings with OEM customers (PSA, Renault, Toyota, Nissan, Ford, GM, Fiat ...) and 13 Quality Branch Directors.- Provide user training and documentation (training modules, FAQ, technical specifications) and set up a centralized support service for Quality Dept applications.
