About Philippe Clerc

Philippe CLERC is Head of Compliance and Ethics at CNES, the French space agency. He works in the field of space affairs and law for more than 30 years in different public and private organizations. He holds a Master in International Business Law (1988, Dijon, France) and a Master of Space Studies from the International Space University (1996). He is alumni of the National Course of the "Institut des Hautes Etudes de la Défense Nationale" (2000). Philippe CLERC also teaches space law in advanced lectures in both lawyers and engineers' universities. He is author of several academic studies on different legal field, in academic publications or ministry reports .
