-Performs administrative and quality control work for The Lerato by Alveo at Brgy. - Provide design skills to include programming, sketching, and 3 dimensional computer modeling- Interface with Model Builder as required during the design process- Provide documentation of planning and design concepts that are in line with client's expectations and the target demographic- Assist the Project Architect during the design phases with research, graphics, etc. as required - Coordinate with the Project Manager, Project Architect and Project Designer with respect to the Project budget and schedule - Participate in client meetings and present creative concepts to clients on behalf of the design team. -Note general information required to establish type, expectations, and scope of work/criteria for the intended project.- Research and utilize innovative design and creative concepts- Other duties may be assigned, if deemed necessary, by the Company
