Provided comprehensive training including safety, test station operation, and experimental data analysis.- Developed and executed a Design of Experiment (DOE) for a new accelerated stress test, including test planning, execution, and data analysis. Delivered the project on time, resulting in the creation of a detailed procedure now integrated into the Design Verication (DV) process.- Conducted 15+ Preliminary Hazard Assessments prior to testing to identify potential risks and ensure all hazards were adequately mitigated. - Worked as an Energy Analyst on the Building Analytics Team; provided support on various projects.- Conducted energy audits of multiple residential apartment buildings; identified measures for energy and cost savings by analyzing HVAC systems, lighting, and how the buildings operate. - Calculated simple payback periods for suggested measures based on known information and engineering fundamentals.- Collected interval utility data from clients' buildings and compared them to weather models to predict energy use and identify consumption anomalies.- Fit models to existing utility data to predict trends and identify anomalies.- Worked and built relationships with clients in person during site visits, and over the phone.- Energy Star Certification: Performed checks and completed applications for over 50 residential/office/retail buildings, all of which successfully achieved certification by predefined deadlines.

- Designed electrical measurements to monitor the water content of a catalyst coated membrane in roll form on the manufacturing floor; mitigation techniques for uncontrolled roll variables were designed, tested, and implemented, resulting in a working and repeatable method.- Worked independently on the research project, with supervision from the Business Process and Manufacturing Engineer at Mercedes-Benz. and a Professor at Queen's University.- Communicated with 3rd party vendors of equipment and materials to obtain quotes, schedule delivery, and obtain product information.-Wrote detailed documents describing experimental methods and procedures to take measurements of catalyst coated membrane rolls; findings were presented to Mercedes-Benz management.The internship to the Mercedes-Benz Canada Inc., Fuel Cell Division in Burnaby was funded by Mitacs Accelerate program.The project was a featured story on the Mitacs website and in the Queen's Gazzet:

Manufacturing Intern\Master's Thesis Research- Researched and designed methods to monitor the dimensional stability of water in discrete catalyst coated membrane samples.- Proved effectiveness and repeatabillity of electrical measurements, and presented potential solutions for implementing measurements on a catalyst coated membrane roll in the manufacturing environment at Mercedes-Benz.

- Worked with a 6 person design team to provide high quality support to the development of next generation cassettes to hold water purification membranes for large scale applications.- Designed and modeled parts in Solid Works; created and presented assembly views; created engineering drawings using the Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance system.- Used a machine shop and 3D printer to build prototypes of designed parts.- Designed and built a device to glue PBC pipe; device was used to build a prototype water purification system.

- Taught daily lessons to club members of all ages; worked with staff and executive to coordinate.- Taught groups of 6-8 youth as a summer camp counselor.- Managed six instructors and 30 children and youth per week as summer camp director; conducted instructor training; worked with tennis club executive; communicated with parents; organized instructor work schedules using Excel; oversaw weekly camp operations.
