Responsibilities include:• Define the main strategic pillars in coordination with the Europe and Japanese marketing teams• Define and carry out the marketing strategy across PAL territories, ensuring that is pertinent, innovative and applicable to all sales companies.• Drive the development of creative assets with the developer/licensor/creative agency, including media advertising, screenshots, trailers, renders, social media tools, website, etc.• Work with local product managers within sales companies to develop and execute all aspects of the PAL Marketing Plan.• Work hand-in-hand with the PR manager at HQ level and ensure the PR strategy is integrated within the overall strategy at all stages.• Collaborate with external licensees, brand owners and international teams to create and implement activities related to the product marketing plans.• Represent the products to both internal and external stakeholders at summits, tours, media events and presentations worldwide• Manage PAL promotional plans with first parties to push our products on their network and media channels• Create and manage assets calendar to meet all Marketing & PR milestones.• Drive the organization and distribution of assets to subsidiaries and PR partners in due time• Follow up the product/project with all internal departments (Production, Localization, Pmats, Online, Finance, Legal, etc)• Report to management, sales teams, licensors, 1st and/or 3rd Parties, etc• Work closely with the business intelligence & marketing support department and keep up a great knowledge of the videogames market• Manage the marketing budget for each title
