I am an experienced Director, leading teams and programmes at national and international level, especially in the nuclear field, with a proven track record in strategic thinking, development, and the implementation, monitoring and assessment of policies and projects with strong managerial, budgetary, administrative and reporting aspects.I have over 30 years’ experience, with several in a senior position, as an Expert Technical Director at Eiffage Génie Civil, as a Director of the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW), at national level as Advisor to the Director of Strategic Affairs in the French Ministry of Defence (DAS), at the European Commission as a Policy Officer in the Delegation of Singapore and as a Section Head reporting directly to the Executive Secretary in the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Organisation (CTBTO). At other points in my career, I was involved in projects with strong managerial, coordination, monitoring, analysis, assessment and reporting components as I worked in a leading French research institution, the Commissariat à l'Energie Atomique (CEA) and, in my personal capacity, I have been a member of the international panel of experts advising the American Think-tank “Nuclear Threat Initiative”.
