• Elaborate quarterly project reviews, reporting on the project status, primary projects risks and action items required to mitigate those risks, and expected financial condition at the conclusion of the project [60mEUR portfolio] • Provide necessary support to Project Managers on financial topics (Bonds, Overdues, etc).

• Elaborate and analyze the monthly reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Overhead, Overdue, Bonds, Guarantees and Workload) for Gas Turbine business [300M EUR Project] • Drive proactive analysis variable and base cost; drive cost containment initiatives, ensure accuracy and increase visibility; consolidate estimates and planning sessions

• Elaborate and analyze the monthly reports for Plant Solution business [12M EUR] • Active support on SAP implementation (modules: PS, SD and CO)

• Perform Quality Review and Internal Audit Follow-ups on several units and sites • Support on Delegation of Authority and Segregation of Duties implementation process

• Structure Milestone revenue recognition according to the IFRS Rules and local authorities• Co-responsibility with Unit FD for a combined cycle power plant project [300mEUR]• Implementation of main procedures for the project (Purchasing, Petty Cash, Reporting Process, Expense Report, Tax)

• Support the reporting manager in all activities, including weekly cash report and analyses to HQ• Member of the IFRS implementation group • Non production overheads analysis and reporting• Elaborate and present project reviews to lead project controller
