Main new features developed: smart cooling targets based on vehicle mode, DC charging cooling, ADCN cooling, launch mode, preconditioning, fault detection and mitigation actions, new way to reuse waste heat with new valve control strategy and to provide more efficient cooling/heating in C and Simulink.• Responsible for implementing, testing, calibrating, and validating the diagnostics SW for the thermal ECU to provide the user and the service team with the state of the thermal components.• Designed, implemented, and validated automated CASL scripts with different targets and loads to imitate real word usage and run thermal components 24/7 for durability analysis and components lifetime verification. • Implemented, tuned various PIDs, calibrated new setpoints and validated the previous control strategies on a test bench and the FF91 vehicle in various facilities and weather environments across the country.
