Pendant 15 ans en tant qu'officier de la marine nationale au sein du ministère des armées, j'ai pu développer une expertise dans les démarches de pilotage de la performance (système de management de la qualité, dialogue de gestion, contrôle interne). J'ai mis en œuvre la norme ISO 9001 dans des organisations complexes étatiques. Aujourd'hui, en tant que civil de la défense, j'occupe les fonctions de responsable assurance qualité dans le cadre de programme d'armement pour assurer le suivi et la conformité des livrables des industriels (notamment THALES SIX et SAFRAN ELEC. and DEF. J'encadre une équipe d'une douzaine d'ingénieurs qualité. Nous participons collectivement à la mesure de la performance des industriels de défense. J'ai également eu l'opportunité de travailler dans le domaine du contrôle des exportations d'armement.Open to study new opportunities : For 15 years as an officer in the Navy within the Ministry of Defense, I developed an expertise in the performance management process (quality management, financial control reporting, internal control system). I successfully implemented the ISO 9001 standard in complex government entities and organizations. Henceforth, I have been a contracted executive of the Ministry of Defense, holding the position of quality assurance manager. My main mission is to supervise and coordinate the quality assurance system of important defense procurement programs contracted with various industrial suppliers (THALES, DASSAULT, SAFRAN..) of the defense sector.
