MISSION:- Create, protect and grow value for Airbus DS Military Aircraft customers, shareholders and employees by providing global and customized world-class Support and related Services- Reach and maintain the highest satisfaction of Airbus DS Military Aircraft Customers- Continuously improve the Services business and its cost structure in order to fulfill the company profitability objectivesMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:- Lead the Customer Services activities for Light & Medium Transport and Mission a/c, MRTT and Airbus Derivatives a/c, A400M a/c and non-Airbus Transport and Mission aircrafts- Be accountable for P&L and Customer Satisfaction- Lead 2000 headcountsMAIN ACHIEVEMENTS:- Lead a 4 years intensive transformation to generate an important growth based on new programs entries into service and on the development of the FISS (Full In Service Support) model- More than double the financial figures (Revenues: 400M€ in 2011 to 1 B€ in 2014. Order Intake: 575M€ in 2011 to 1,3 B€ in 2014 . Margin up to 23%)- Increase the Customers Satisfaction from 61% in 2011 to 72% in 2014 thanks to a significant improvement of their fleet avalability (up to OR 96% for the MRTT, the highest record for a military platform)

- Lead the Power 8 transformation program, Customer First, in charge of the Customer Service transformation- Define and implement of a step change in the Airbus Services Strategy including FHS (Flight Hour Services) for Airlines and a major acquisition in the material services domain

Imagine, propose, contract and run innovative Training Services- Set up the Business Unit- Start up the turn key service models such as the PFI (first contract signed end 2004 in Germany, 490M€)- Grow the training yearly activity from 30M€ to 100M€

Define the Eurocopter Group Strategy and Product Policy- Run Business Development projects including M&A (Subsidiary set up in Australia, Romania, Malaysia) & Key partnership investigation (ie Boeing , Sikorsky in the US)

- Define the Eurocopter Group R&T Strategy and its products demonstrator policy- Ensure the R&T Program internal and external funding- Implement the R&T Program based on a technical project leaders network (50 M€ yearly)

- Design and develop the Power Plants on the entire product range, including programs in cooperation like Tigre and NH90- Specify and monitor the development of the engines mainly provided by Turbomeca

- Hold various responsibilities within the Engine Development Directorate. Support the Formula One engine developmentteam and lead the Engine Technology development and testing Department
