Control and support new vehicle industrial projects in South America, Africa and middle East regions

Coordinate and lead all aspects of engineering and manufacturing project team comprised of 40 engineers in local Izhevsk plant. Administer €47M project budget. Manage relations with Avtovaz and Nissan encompassing plant manufacturing project and 4,000 employees, and manufacturing plant facilities project leader. Report project status to corporate VPs of Renault, Nissan, and Avtovaz.Achievements:• Studied new projects for Renault’s 1st time in Izhevsk, Russia plant with Avtovaz and Nissan partners. • Recouped €7M of €10M lost from projects halted due to Avtovaz strategy change and economic crisis, successfully reallocating project process facilities in Russia and worldwide in Renault / Nissan / Avtovaz alliance and reallocating project team members; achieved with 0% resignations in team.• Ensured ongoing achievement of schedule, budget, and quality targets.

Planned and led launch of manufacturing for 3 new vehicles. Managed local Korean project team. Maintained 100% adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality targets.Achievements:• Instrumental in successful renewal of product line-up for competitive sales, managing launch of 3 new vehicle manufacturing projects on-time, within budget, and 100% to quality targets.• Assured seamless handover of manufacturing to local leadership, providing comprehensive training to Korean industry senior project manager.

Managed launch of manufacturing of 2 new vehicles and plant capacity increase project. Administered €157M budget. Ensured 100% adherence to schedules, budget, and quality goals.Achievements:• Renewed and completed vehicle line-up production in Moscow plant, orchestrating 1st new vehicle projects in plant, and managing successful launch of manufacturing for 2 vehicles.• Doubled capacity from 90,000 to 180,000 vehicles per year, managing successful €157M project.• Navigated strict Russian regulatory and procedural environment, garnering support via local teams, and performing strong lobbying with critical administrations.

Served as Deputy Manufacturing Project Manager for new plant in Chennai India with Nissan partner.Achievements:• Co-designed 1st new plant process engineering and manufacturing project study with Nissan project team; involved researching synergies between Nissan’s and Renault’s Production Way standards for alliance.

Trained local manufacturing engineers on industrial performance in partner Khodro’s plant in Tehran.Achievements:• Improved initial product quality, repair quality, production performance, and workshop cleanliness, training manufacturing engineers on Renault Production Way.• Cultivated support and acceptance of plant manufacturing director and local Iranian engineers, providing teaching and coaching via real examples: see, detect, analyze, propose, decide, deploy, measure, and react.

• Led and managed trim and chassis project team in preparation for new vehicle production.• Played active role in successful launch of new vehicle manufacturing.

• Managed all aspects of manufacturing in end of trim line, repair, and special vehicle preparation; encompassed 500 operators, repair technicians, and team leaders.
