Lead the launch of new Grocery logistic sites in Spain and Italy to allow business expansion and activity scalability of Amazon Fresh

- Lead FR-IT-ES warehouses expansion project (+10 new sites over 3 years)- Lead a team of 8 senior managers across 3 countries responsible for Supply Chain metrics (availability, shrink, inventory, demand planning, procurement) - Manage relationship with 6 Amazon warehouses to ensure highest Customer Experience- Influence stakeholders roadmaps (Operations, Tech, Finance, ...)- Lead EU S&OP automation project- Create dynamic and challenging environment for FRITES SupplyChain managers

- Lead a team of 2 senior managers responsible for Supply Chain metrics (availability, shrink, inventory, demand planning, procurement) - Manage relationship with Paris Amazon warehouse to ensure highest Customer Experience- Guarantee product availability (Buying parameters, forecasting review, promotion uplift)- Drive Inventory health and selection review to keep high rotation items only- S&OP at quarterly, monthly, weekly, daily and intradaily level

- Owner of Top2 EU Softlines margin initiative aiming at transiting from long lead time risky buying to short-term collaborative buys with vendors (strategy, plan overview, mobilization of stakeholders, monitoring of progress)- Unconstrain buying systems from manual intervention (address business requirements and convert in systems adapted settings)- Reduce unavailability leveraging automated buying systems- Improve inventory health by driving adoption of automated solution vs. manual buys - Develop and coach 3 Project Managers in Germany

- Define Supply Chain strategy and priorities for FR Shoes category and its vendors- Monitor and report weekly KPI (Receipts, Availability, Inventory, Operational Excellence) - Standardization and automation of supply processes- Coordination du déploiement d’un nouveau modèle de prévision de vente (Forecasting)- Securization of catalog creation process (400 K SKUs) - Team management: 3 Instock Managers
